Novello is a remarkable 55-meter high-rise in Wollongong that showcases cutting-edge architecture and luxury living. Standing tall with 18 floors and three basement levels, the building features 62 apartments, including four penthouses, alongside commercial spaces and stunning communal areas. Designed alongside DWA, Novello’s modern aesthetic is marked by sharp angles, cantilevered balconies, and a rooftop infinity pool that offers breathtaking views of the city.

Constructed using our advanced precast concrete methods, Novello stands out not only for its visual appeal but for its sustainable and efficient construction approach. The design maximises natural light, with full-height glass lobbies and expansive windows throughout, while the building’s structure is designed to enhance the overall lifestyle of Wollongong residents.

The project encountered COVID related challenges, such as work restrictions, supply chain disruptions, and increased construction costs. Despite these setbacks, our amazing construction team ensured that the project stayed on track, maintaining quality and innovation every step of the way. By employing in-house design, engineering, and construction expertise at TQM, we were able to streamline the process, ensuring seamless integration of all elements of the project.
