The TQM Directors
Established in 1999 by brothers Maroun and Mark Taouk, TQM was founded on a shared vision of excellence in residential development. With each bringing expertise from different sectors of the construction industry, Maroun and Mark combined their extensive knowledge to form the foundation of this successful endeavour.
Their hands-on leadership and commitment to mentoring employees has been instrumental in building a skilled and dedicated team, ensuring the transfer of their knowledge and values across all levels of the organisation. This collaborative approach has driven TQM’s growth from a small team to a company with over 200 employees, establishing a reputation as a leader in delivering exceptional residential developments.
Maroun Taouk Managing Director
As Managing Director, Maroun’s leadership is integral to every project, with his vision and expertise guiding each stage – from initial concept to final completion. With extensive experience as a structural engineer, Maroun brings unparalleled technical insight to TQM, encompassing a wide range of structural materials; including cutting-edge precast systems, composite construction, structural steelwork, and loadbearing masonry. Maroun’s hands-on approach and unwavering commitment to innovation and precision continues to be instrumental in shaping TQM’s reputation for excellence.
Mark Taouk Development Director
As Development Director, Mark is the driving force behind quality and innovation, inspiring the TQM team to achieve premium results across all projects. With extensive experience in the construction industry, complemented by a diverse educational background, he has been instrumental in expanding TQM’s portfolio into development. Mark has successfully spearheaded complex negotiations involving acquisitions, mergers, and structured equity deeds, while overseeing the completion of numerous high-profile developments that have further advanced TQM’s position in the property development sector.
